Køge Marina offers unique trail routes and an exciting location that has not previously been used for running. Everyone can join – regardless of level! Luggage: No manned storage – bring a plastic bag or leave your bag in the car. Timing: Chip system ensures precise times (disposable chip built into the start number). Water: Bring your own recognizable drinking bottle (benches at start/finish). Fruit: Fresh fruit awaits at the finish line. Medal: YES, of course! Dog heat – 5 km.
