Troll's Tail Trail

Description

Running along the troll's long tail and around the beautiful paths and trails in Ravnsholtskogen.

The terrain alternates between small paths and tracks, larger paths and some asphalt.

The route (Long) is alternating with a total of 56% small uneven tracks, 35% larger trails, 9% asphalt, so

remember the cross-country running shoes.

Welcome to the premiere on 20 November 2022

Running along the troll's long tail and around the beautiful paths and trails in Ravnsholt Skov.

n The terrain alternates between small paths and tracks, larger paths and some asphalt.

Rounds of 7.7 km and 4.6 km are run in combinations up to 23 km. Between each round

there is timing, hot juice/coffee/tea and a bowl. At the finish line, you will receive a total time, cake etc.

Sunday 20 November 2022 at 10.00.

Route lengths

This trail race consists of one to several laps in the following combinations:

Short 4.6 km, Long 7.7 km, Long+Short 12 km, Long+Long + Long 23 km.

Coffin numbers and timing

The participants run with the coffin numbers, and the time is measured for each round as well as the total time.

The coffin numbers are distributed from 9.30 am.

Prizes

Round prizes are awarded and for overall placement etc.

There is hot juice/coffee/tea and buns between each round as well as cake etc. at the finish line.

Registration is valid when the participation fee of NOK 80 per person has been paid to MobilePay 0742XV.
