SATURDAY 25/4-2026 there will be BACK

YARD again on South Funen. Come to the time-limited Back Yard race on South Funen, where you have the opportunity to try your hand at standing at the start every hour, for a full 30 hours and thereby be able to try a 200km race👣☀️ remember everyone is welcome, no matter how far or how many hours you dream of🤗

It takes place on a beautiful nature route, which is 6.7056 km, is primarily on asphalt and a little gravel road.

There will be a nice depot, consisting of soda, fruit, chips, gum, and every 2-3 hours some extra food will be served, such as cake, pasta, soup, French bread, pancakes with sugar, rye bread with liver pâté, oatmeal, etc. Food plan will come later,

If you want anything else, you must bring it yourself.

There are medals for everyone, regardless of how many laps you run 🥇

All the practical things

We hope for good weather☀️ There will be a large pavilion tent outside where the common depot is also. You can also have your own depot/chair standing here, there are folding chairs available.

There are 2 toilets in the house that can be used.

You need to have a headlamp/light during the night hours, as well as a reflective vest, as you run on smaller roads👣

Clear signals must be given 3, 2 and 1 minute before the start.

All participants must start when the start goes off, and staggered starts are therefore not allowed.

Each lap must be completed within 1 hour, otherwise you will be eliminated.

The race takes place on 25/4-2026- 26/4-2026 starting at 09.00 and ending at 15.00 on Sunday. Address: Kousbækvej 20, 5600 Faaborg.

There will be an opportunity to come the day before and spend the night in the basement where we have a large room available and a toilet, but you must bring your own mattress/duvet.

Registration:

Price 500kr which is paid to mobilpay at box 4679YM, with the name of the participant.

Note that since this is a race with a finish time, the laps do not count towards the race distance list.
