Danes Worldwide Run 2025! Lace up your running shoes and bring your family, friends and colleagues with you as we bring Danes together all over the world for a joint, global exercise run.  Put on the red and white colors and join us for a joint run across continents, cultures and time zones. In collaboration with Hansen Run, we will hold a worldwide running event from April 28 to May 4, 2025, where you have the opportunity to run together with Danes all over the world.      Run no matter where you are in the world - but see the list of local events here: Danes løb Worldwide Danes Worldwide Run 25 is a virtual race where we run together, no matter where we are in the world. It's all very flexible, and only requires that you register with our partner Hansen Run. You will then receive a start number and a link where you can enter your result. We have also created a printed running shirt that you can purchase if you want. You can see it in the shop when you register. You are free to choose whether you want to participate in the race with or without a medal. You also decide where and when you want to run – and whether you want to run alone or with others. You are also welcome to walk or roller skate if that is more pleasant. In some places, Danes Worldwide representatives have taken the initiative to meet up to run together in their local area.    There are of course prizes for the fastest, but there are also prizes for the best costume, so everyone has the opportunity to participate in the competition. Here, the judges will focus on how creatively Dannebrog red is flashed during the run.  Regardless of whether you run or walk, everyone gets a medal (if you have chosen a medal), a starting number and a diploma.    Share your run on social media  We would really like to see pictures from your runs around the world, so follow us on Instagram (@danesworldwide) and @Hansen_run or on Facebook. Then we will collect the best pictures from the race in our newsletter and you will be entered into the competition for best costume.   FAQ:   How do I participate?  The race is run by Hansen Run and you register at sportstiming.dk.   N.B. Remember to check your address if you already have a profile on Sportstiming, so that the medal can be sent to the right place. Also remember to write your c/o address or something else if your name is not on the door. And remember to choose the correct postage :-)    The system asks you to choose your nationality. There you must write Danish. You can later change the delivery address to where you live. After registering, you will receive a link where you can find your personal start number. You print it out and attach it to your t-shirt.  On the same link you will also find information and a link to the results page, where you can enter your result. You can then print the diploma for your participation.  Where and when can I run?  You can decide for yourself where you want to run. You can measure a route before you run, but otherwise you can just find a route that fits the distance you are going to run. We don't check! However, it is important that you run in accordance with your local weather, wind and rules and that you take care of your safety. The race is set to last from April 28th to May 4th. But if you don't want to be in the competition for prizes, you can still run afterwards. The sports timing works for a couple of months after the race.  How do I participate in the best costume competition? To participate in the best costume competition, we need a picture from your run. Tag us or send a message to Danes Worldwide on Facebook or Instagram. Included in the race fee:  A custom-designed starting number with your name on it.  A beautiful custom-designed Danes Worldwide medal.  Specially designed diploma Opportunity to run with Danes all over the world Fresh air and the joy of exercising Timing/result list Opportunity to purchase a t-shirt Opportunity to win prizes Not included: Fee of approx. 15 DKK per participant. Any payment card fee. Shipping: All medals are sent by letter via Post Nord. If you purchase a t-shirt or order more than one medal to the same address, the goods will be sent by parcel post in Denmark or registered mail up to 2 kg abroad. Hansen Run has the medals ready before the race and ships worldwide. Contact us if you want more than 2 kg delivered to the same address or have questions about the race or anything else. Unfortunately, we are subject to the expensive Danish shipping rates, so it is cheapest if several of you sign up in the same order. You can also say no to the medal if you do not want to spend money on shipping. That is completely OK. Refunds and possible changes:  Hansen Run orders medals for the number of registered runners and unfortunately cannot replace the package if they are lost in the mail.  The registration is binding and the amount is not refundable if you regret it. On the other hand, you can give the race away and subsequently change the registration. You can also change the number of kilometers after your registration. If you regret that you have not ordered a t-shirt or a medal, please contact us as soon as possible.
