Hillerød Halvmaraton

Welcome to Hillerød Half Marathon. A beautiful race through the city, castle and nature! On Sunday, June 1, 2025, HVRunners will hold the Hillerød Half Marathon for the first time with a beautiful and eventful half marathon route that includes the courtyard of Frederiksborg Castle and the Neptune Fountain. The route takes runners past Hotspots such as Hillerød Town Hall - Frederiksbro - Slotsgade - Torvet - Frederiksborg Castle and Slotsparken as well as Strødam Nature Reserve. The route is on asphalt, and is a slightly hilly and beautiful route in North Zealand. If you prefer a slightly shorter distance, we also have a beautiful 10 km route, and for the children there are 2 km and 4 km races that are also part of the Young Runners Cup 2025. The race is a fitness race, the routes will be well marked and with km instructions, energy and water depots and road officials all the way around, which will ensure that you get through the route safely. Both the 21.1 km route and the 10 km will be DAF measured and are on asphalt. Please note that the traffic rules apply to all participants, and everyone you meet on your way must be taken into account, both fellow runners, volunteers and other road users. Registered distance is valid for all 3 races - distance cannot be changed. After April 27, 2025, all cup participants will be moved to the 3 individual divisions. If you are registered for the Young Runners Cup 2025, you will run with a RED number. Only 1 starting number will be issued when registering for all divisions - REMEMBER YOUR START NUMBER FOR EACH DIVISION.
